Company Formation Package 1 £99 + VAT
This is a basic company formation which meets the minimum legal requirements of limited company registration. It does not include a set of statutory registers which becomes a legal requirement on the day of incorporation and is therefore suitable for use in conjunction with a computerised statutory registers service.

Company Formation Package 2 £125 + VAT
Included in our Company Formation Package 2 are all the items included in Package 1 plus:
- Hardback Combined Statutory Registers, Minute Book and Share Certificates
Company Formation Package 3 £150 + VAT
Included in Company Formation Package 3 are all the items included in Packages 1 and 2 plus:
- Plier Company Seal
